No Big 8...

Well in loosing my toenails there have been some complications, I was hardly able to walk and was advised not no run this weekend...BOO! But I will get it back when we go 10 next time! Wish me healing thoughts!

Sweet Sweet 7

Seven miles was a big one for me since last year a ran the Bridge to Bridge run wich is around seven miles and thought I was going to die. It really proves how much training really helps because although this seven miles was hard I was still able to enjoy it and walk after, which is always good.I have to send much love out to my pace group leader Christina who keeps us on time and makes sure e are all doing OK, without her this would all be much harder!

A spooky 6

Saturday was Halloween and a big run for my pace group and I. Not only did we run 6 miles but our coach has now decided to really push us by adding the largest hill I have ever seen into our runs. He says it will add muscle and improve our endurance, blah blah blah, but I am pretty sure he is just toying with our emotions! Especially since he DRIVES to the top and cheer us on,which the cheering is nice, but whatever...run it, show us your skills Yo! OK, I've calmed down now. It was actually an amazing run, and very motivating to get to the top and know that all we had to do was run back DOWN to finish! It also didn't hurt that I knew that there was candy at the end, that definitely added a little spring in my step. Not going to lie...I took two candies and finished them before I got to my car...
